CLEANING TECHNIQUES

We believe the garbage fish got its unfortunate namesake because it is thrown back like so much trash. But, the question is why? We know they are as good if not better eating than most of your target game fish so what is it that makes them garbage? We believe it's because they can be tricky to clean until you've learned how to do it and have the proper tools. I wouldn't attempt to clean a skate, dogfish or blowfish without a pair of fish skinners. I've used all kinds of different ones, but recently I found them with teeth which makes all the difference, but they went out of business. I purchased the remaining 200 skinners and am selling them to the garbage fish faithful for only $10.00 a piece. Click the below skinner to pick up a pair or two while they are still here.
