Fried Dogfish Sskin them and then take all the flesh away from the cartlidge. Cut it into to small bite size pieces, dip in flour first, then beaten egg then golden crumbs deep fry in very hot oil for just a few minutes serve piping hot with tartar sauce and salad (a few proper chips is good too but not so healthy) This is the food of the GODS! You can also do it in a light spicy batter instead of crumbs and it also goes well in light curry sauce but don't cook it to long, if you use a decent size LSD rather than Bull huss I think it's much nicer but please please please only keep what you are really going to eat and eat it straight away although it does freeze down but do it whilst it is still fresh.
