SIMPLE SAUTE'D SKATE WING

Serve this with any combination or garnish of colorful vegetables or fresh cut herbs and let the delicious meat do most of the talking. Skate wing is widely used in Asian countries as an aphrodisiac and remedy for E.D. so enjoy this dish with a good friend.

1 pound of winged, skinned skate wing meat, removed from the cartilage.

2 table spoons olive oil

1/2 cup flour

Lemon

Salt and Pepper

Fresh veggies (ie. pepper, tomatoes, basil, etc.)

Dredge skate wing in Garbage Fish Seasoning Mixture or use all purpose flour.

Heat olive oil on medium high until ripply and cook skate for 2 minutes per side.

Plate cooked fish and season with salt, fresh ground pepper and spritz it up with fresh lemon juice.
