SEA ROBIN BITES

Lied to my chicken nugget devouring 5 year old and said it was chicken and he was none the wiser. I'm going to hell but I hope they have Searobin bites there.

This is an easy one and perfectly suited for Searobin since you won't always get very large filets.

Clean your fish then cut into 1 inch pieces. They'll look like little cubes. Dredge them in a flour mixture (add a little old bay, garlic powder to flour mixture if you want) then saute in a few tablespoons of olive oil on medium heat - 2 minutes per side. Remove - place on paper towels to sop off any excess oil and serve with your favorite dipping sauce. This one is easy and fast.
